              摘    要: 采用文献资料法、SWOT分析法等研究方法,对CBA版权发展存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析。发现当前我国CBA联赛的版权开发存在的优势:篮球受众基础深厚、较完善的多级别联赛、拥有明星级球员的优势;存在的劣势:联赛竞技水平有限、俱乐部版权利好分配不均、转播人才技术不足;存在的机会:CBA新一轮的改革、政策引导下版权市场活跃;存在的威胁:法律体系尚未健全、违规盗播现象偶现、国内外大型赛事版权的冲击。并尝试提出建议:加强品牌推广宣传、提高联赛竞技水平;加强版权变现能力、培养付费观赛意识;培育版权竞争市场、建立健全相关法律;以期为CBA版权发展提供有益的策略。

It finds the advantages of copyright development in China's current CBA league: the basketball audience has a deep foundation, a relatively complete multi-level league, and the advantage of having a star-rated player; the disadvantages are: the league's competitive level is limited, the club version has a good distribution of rights, and the talent technology is broadcasted. Insufficient; opportunities existed: CBA's new round of reforms and policy-led copyright markets are active; threats exist: the legal system is not yet sound, the phenomenon of illegal piracy is happening, and the impact of copyrights at large domestic and foreign events. And try to make suggestions: strengthen brand promotion, improve the league's competitive level; strengthen the ability of copyright realizing, cultivate the awareness of paid viewing; cultivate copyright competition market, establish and improve relevant laws; in order to provide a useful strategy for CBA copyright development.
