                          Abstract: In recent years,people pay great attention to sports and fitness. As one of sports,calisthenics has a strong artistic and ornamental nature,so it has gradually gained popularity in people 's daily fitness. In both professional and amateur calisthenics training,the fluency training of the pace is attached great importance,which directly affects the effects. This paper analyzes the design and application of calisthenics step fluency training methods,hoping to assist related training.
